IGNASI ARMENGOL
Ignasi Armengol, professional with more than 25 years of experience; in 1990 he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology. He assumed the position of Director of Management and Personnel Administration of the Metropolitan Transport of Barcelona TMB, in addition, he held the position of General Manager of the TMB Bus Network where in 2010.
From July 1, 2017, Ignasi took over as General Manager of First Transit panama, the company in charge of managing MiBus, who works on the Stabilization Plan and subsequently implements the Public Transport Transformation Plan of passengers in the districts of Panama and San Miguelito.

ALVARO URIBE
Architect and urban planner, he is a professor at the University of Panama and a research associate at the International Center for Sustainable Development (CIDES) in ciudad del saber City, Panama. He has been an urban planning advisor for the Panama Metro since its inception in 2010. Author of the essay “Fragmented City”, on the urban structure of Panama.

HORACIO ALVAREZ MARINELLI
Álvarez Marinelli is an education specialist. He joined the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in July 2008 and is currently representing the IDB in Colombia.
Served as Financial Director of the National Program for Self-Management for Educational Development of the Ministry of Education of Guatemala. He has also served as an Officer in Charge of Finance and Accounting and Secretary of the Pension Fund of the Inter-Parliamentary Union,, from 2004 to 2008 he was an Advisor to the Office of the Minister of Education, responsible for the modernization of the Planning and Finance Area and Director of Educational Planning of the Ministry of Education of Guatemala.
