DAMION A . POTTER
Mr. Damion Potter was appointed Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Panama in August 2017, overseeing a team of 50 staff from seven different government departments.
He worked as Deputy Representative, British Office, Taipei in July 2013, and then took over as Acting Representative in August 2016. He led the UK prosperity agenda, corporate issues, campaigns, marketing and politics. He also worked as Director, UK International Trade.
Damion was Director UK Trade and Investment, Russia from Nov 2009 to July 2013. He worked with UK businesses – from blue chip companies to SMEs and with local partners to promote and support UK commercial interests in Russia. Damion also holds a Masters degree in 20th Century History and a BA Honours in History and French from the University of Warwick.

JOSÉ LUIS FABREGA
Born in Panama City on May 8, 1962. With two engineering diplomas (Civil and Mechanics), José Luis Fábrega Polleri is a Panamanian businessman who on May 5, 2019 received majority support from the citizens of the capital district of Panama to lead the reins of the Mayor’s Office for the next five years (2019-2024).
After graduating as a civil engineer from Santa Maria la Antigua University (USMA) in 1986, José Luis Fábrega Polleri traveled to Washington, District of Columbia, United States where he obtained, in 1988, a Mechanical of Engineering. For his outstanding performance he is included in the “Dean’s List”.

GENERAL MANAGER DEL BANCO NACIONAL DE PANAMA
JAVIER CARRIZO
Mr Carrizo is the current General Manager of Banco Nacional de Panama. He began his carrier at Chase Manhattan Bank Panama. From there he has held multiple positions in various Banks such as Banco de Colombia, Continental Bank, Banistmo, Banco Uno (Costa Rica) also held the charge ok First Vice President at Multibank Panama.
