Greetings from the British Chamber of Commerce in Panama, the premier British Business Network in the country!
For the fifth year, we are celebrating our annual hallmark event: The British Business Forum, in this opportunity titled “Panama City 500 Years”.
The event, through three panels, will discuss the country’s history, influence, evolution and growth in the decades ahead. We shall also explore the contribution that British companies, in cooperation with local interests, can make in furthering the future development of this dynamic city and indeed contribute to the entire country.
The annual Business Forum is a chance for our members and the wider Panamanian business community, together with overseas contributors, to come together every year and discuss relevant issues as they impact on our community. There are many questions to address and we will attempt to seek some answers at this Forum.
Last year the Forum evaluated how Panama manages modern issues and how they impact the country. Some of the problems discussed then are still unanswered and remain just as relevant today!
